With experience in various leadership positions at an MNC, he acquired the required skill sets and manufacturing techniques necessary for plastic engineering. Additionally, growing up in the arid regions of Chitoor as a farmer's son, he had a close association with agriculture and hands-on experience in farming.

Understanding the difficulties faced by ordinary farmers, particularly with scarce water and metal components, our CEO always aimed to create an industry that offers a bright future for both farmers and local youth. In 2002, he initiated Ravands in the Chittor area of Andhra Pradesh to resolve these issues and develop the farming economy.
