CORROSION RESISTANCE
Ravands valves are corrosive resistant due to the dielectric property of materials used.
HIGH CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Ravands valves are excellent to chemical resistance, especially in the case of halogens and alkaline solutions.
ABRASION RESISTANCE
Ravands valves are resistant to abrasion due to smooth internal surfaces and characteristics of materials used.
LOW THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY
Heat loss or gain is greatly reduced in Ravands valves due to lower thermal conductivity materials used in the construction and hence rarely thermal insulation is required.
GOOD THERMAL STABILITY
Ravands thermoplastic valves can be used up to 70 deg C.
LONG SERVICE LIFE
Excellent balance of stiffness and impact resistance & high creep strength of Ravands valves makes to give longer service

Currently, our company's manufacturing facility is spread over a spacious area with state-of-the-art plastic processing equipment like CNC Plastic injection molding machinery, machining centers, and testing equipment. Each product is subjected to rigorous testing to ensure that the farmers receive complete benefits from our products.
We also have installed a well-managed quality assurance department to ensure the testing of raw materials and inished products. we are ISO 9001-2000 certified by NVT Quality for the design, manufacture, and supply of Thermoplastic Valves. Also, Ravands Plastech is certified for Zero Defect -Zero Effect(ZED)-Gold Rating by the Ministry of MSME & Quality Council of India.
